Sie strickt wieder. OK, und sie hat auch gleich wieder aufgehört, weil dieses Paar Socken dann doch den Ellbogen zu sehr strapaziert hat. Aber es musste sein. Ich habe Stricken so sehr vermisst ... so sehr, dass ich tatsächlich ein ganzes, gleiches (ok, relativ gleiches) Paar Socken gestrickt habe.

Garn: irgendwelche Knäuel, die bei mir rumlagen. Eines ist von einer Freundin gefärbt gewesen, eines von mir vor 100 Jahren und eines war ein Regia irgendwas in grau mit grau. Muster gab es keines, ich hab so vor mich hingestrickt und die Größe ist etwa 39 ;o)

She knits again. Or better, she did, cause this pair of socks was too much for her ellbow. But it was oh so necessary. I missed knitting so much, that I blew all single sock syndromes into the wind and actually knitted a pair. A real pair - or as much pair, as I can knit.

The yarn is from my stash. One dyed by a friend, one dyed by me a ages ago and one Regia skein in grey with grey. Pattern is by me or better what came while I was knitting. Size about 39.

soweit ist sie nun gediehen. Zusammengenäht, gewaschen und gebügelt (letzteres war dringend notwendig). Nun denke ich über die Ränder nach. Ich glaube, das wird noch einen Moment brauchen.

the vest so far. I'm not 100% happy with it. It is wet finished, sewn, ironed and a bit dull. I'm still musing about the selvedges. Embellishments? Just biased tape and that's it? I don't know yet. For now, the vest just hangs around and waits for me to decide about its fate.
